Caramel Nespresso Frappé

Starting your day with dessert doesn't sound like the healthiest choice in the morning, but our Caramel Nespresso Frappé recipe is guilt free and will satiate your sweet tooth. The Frappé is easy to make and is much lower calorie than the Starbucks equivalent.

Caramel Nespresso Frappé

Caramel Nespresso Frappé (55 calories with whipped cream, 40 without)

• 2.7 oz Nespresso Pod

• 1-2 Tablespoons of sugar free caramel syrup (or 1-2 pumps)

• 1/4 Teaspoon of vanilla extract

• 1/2 Cup of Fairlife Skim Milk

• 1 Cup of Ice

• 1/2 Teaspoon Xanthan Gum

• Top with whipped cream (optional)


Step 1:

Brew your favorite 2.7 ounce Nespresso pod and add it to a blender.


Step 2:

Add 1 or 2 pumps of sugar free caramel syrup, along with vanilla extract and skim milk. Then add a 1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum to thicken it up and give the Frappé more of a milkshake consistency,


Step 3:

Pour in 1 cup of ice, seal the lid and blend on high for 20 seconds.


Step 4:

If you want to treat yourself a little, add some whipped cream (optional). But if you want to keep it low calorie, feel free to omit the whipped cream.
