Early last year our non-stick pans decided they didn't want to be non-stick anymore. Everything we cooked in them firmly attached itself to the pan. So we started doing some research to look for our next set of pans. We landed on the GreenPan Valencia Pro set. They seemed like the best option for non-stick pans that had great reviews, were lightweight
and non-toxic.
We wanted to wait a bit before writing any sort of review on it because pretty much all nonstick pans are great the first month or two. We have had these pans for about 9 months now and we're still happy with them. Are fried eggs slipping around in the pan still? No, but are easily flipped with a spatuala and no matter what we cook in them they are super easy to clean and nothing crusts onto them. The price point for the set which includes a 10 inch and 12 inch pan was $100. With how well they're still working we're happy with our purchase and should get a couple more years of use out of them,
A few things that we do to help with the longevity of the pans are not heat them past medium heat and never add cold water to the hot pan for cleaning purposes. It will seriously reduce the lifespan of your non-stick. It cleans really easily with the soft side of a spounge so no heavy scrubbing needed.
All in all, these pans get used multiple times a day and continue to give us great results.
