Here is our version of an Instant Pot BBQ Ribs recipe that will cut down your cook time and leave you with fall off the bone ribs.
1 Rack Baby Back Pork Ribs
1 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Granulated Garlic
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
Cut your rack of ribs in half and remove membrane from the back of the ribs. Set them aside. In a bowl mix together your dry ingredients to make your rub. Apply the rub to the ribs and set aside.
In your Instant Pot place a trivet and add water and apple cider vinegar. Place the ribs vertically in the Instant Pot. Put the lid on and set the machine to manual high for 30 minutes.
When the Instant Pot beeps let it natural release for 15 minutes. Remove the ribs and brush with your choice of BBQ sauce. We used Sweet Baby Rays. To crisp up and finish your ribs grill them in the BBQ at 350 for 5 minutes per side or in the broiler for 5 minutes per side.
