A tasty Irish Cocktail that my family likes to end Saint Paddy's day with is an Irish Coffee. This is our twist on that tradition. A Nespresso Irish coffee with Baileys whipped cream!
Nespresso Irish Coffee
Add Whiskey and sugar to your mug. Pour in your 5 to 8 oz of freshley brewed coffee and stir. Top with your Bailey's whipped cream and enjoy!
Baileys Whipped Cream
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
2 tbsp Confectioners Sugar
In a bowl, mix your heavy whipping cream and Baileys Irish cream with a hand or stand mixer. Slowly add your confectioners sugar. Before it begins to form soft peaks your whipped cream is done.
